Postage & Packaging
All your purchases will be packaged with care to ensure safe delivery and we will dispatch within 1 - 2 working days of you order being placed as a rule.
Postage & packing is calculated per category.
You will be notified of the postage charge for your order during the checkout process.
We aim to get your goods to you a.s.a.p and if there is a delay for any reason you will be contacted by e-mail.
We ship to America & Europe.
We aim to keep up with stock levels where possible and update the website on a daily basis but as many of our lines are one offs this may be a problem on a rare occasion, if this does happen we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve it and look for other options to fill your order. we aim to please at all times.
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged on arrival we will do our best to resolve the problem. please take a photograph of the damaged item and send it to us and a replacement will be posted out as soon as possible.
In the event of an item being returned, a replacement will be offered or a full refund, if that is preferred, it is company policy that postage costs are non-refundable.
We will treat your personal information as confidential at all times. you will receive e-mails from us about offers and new stock lines from time to time. if this is not something you wish to receive please contact us and we will remove you from the mailing list. we will never release your personal details to any other company. all payment gateways are secure for your peace of mind.
